Return & Exchange Policy

At Mahalakshmi Collection, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest standards of quality. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will be happy to assist you with an exchange.

Conditions for Exchange

We do not accept returns. Exchanges are applicable only under the following circumstances:

• Defective or damaged product received

• Wrong size received

• Wrong colour received

• Incorrect product delivered

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any exchange request, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

• Begin before opening the parcel.

• Clearly show the sealed package.

• Capture the entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits.

• Clearly display the issue with the product.

Important: Exchange requests submitted without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted.

Exchange Process

  1. Record a complete unboxing video showing the issue.
  2. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Share your Order ID along with the unboxing video.
  4. Our team will verify your request.
  5. Once approved, exchange instructions will be provided.
  6. The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
