Return & Exchange Policy
At Mahalakshmi Collection, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest standards of quality.
Conditions for Exchange
We do not accept returns. Exchanges are applicable only under the following circumstances:
- Defective or damaged product received
- Wrong size received
- Wrong colour received
- Incorrect product delivered
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any exchange request, a complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must:
- Begin before opening the parcel.
- Clearly show the sealed package.
- Capture the entire process without any cuts or edits.
- Clearly display the issue with the product.
Important: Exchange requests submitted without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted.
Exchange Process
1. Record a complete unboxing video showing the issue.
2. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Share your Order ID along with the unboxing video.
4. Once verified and approved, exchange instructions will be provided.
The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Exchanges are available only for eligible cases.
• Requests received after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
